Shipping policy

FairyTailsShop.com is an authorized dealer for Hydrogroom, Inc, the manufacturer of all Best In Show Trolleys products and as such, their Shipping Policy applies which has been incorporated below:

Order Processing Time: Website Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days and forwarded on to Hydrogroom, Inc. for production.

Lead Times:  Hydrogroom, Inc. Lead times are typically 12-16 weeks, and do not include transit times. 

Shipping & Delivery Times: Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. Delivery times will vary as dog show crates could take up to 4 weeks for shipment. Item delivery times quoted are to metropolitan areas and shipments to remote locations may take longer. Hydrogroom, Inc. makes every effort to ship as quickly as possible, however production may be delayed due to the number of orders they are currently working on.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the items and the shipping destination. Extra long trolleys are considered oversized due to the dimensions of the shipping box and will be shipped by Economy or Ground. An additional charge per oversized item will be added to the shipping charges.

Shipping Carriers:  Hydrogroom, Inc. primarily ships by UPS. To ensure the best possible service and rates, #300-#600 crates and larger combined orders are shipped via motor freight. You will be contacted with a quote for accurate freight costs should motor freight be necessary.
